CIR Electrical is committed to providing the necessary safety training within a cooperative culture at all levels of the organization to support our incident prevention approach.
Each employee – regardless of position within CIR Electrical – is expected to cooperate in all aspects of the company’s safety and health process. Our checks and balances for our safety processes are conducted by a certified professional safety consultant firm annually.
Our workforce’s medical well-being is maintained through a number of monitoring functions ranging from drug testing, physical examinations including a number of testing profiles as required. Safety is defined each day by the level of individual conscious commitment.
